Bronx residents say they're being scammed by an energy-service provider that is going door-to-door promising discounts.

Residents say the company, IDT Energy, has instead left their customers angry and disappointed. IDT Energy is accused of engaging in aggressive tactics aimed at getting residents to switch from Consolidated Edison. One resident claims his signature was forged by IDT representatives to force him to switch.

News 12 The Bronx contacted IDT Energy about the accusations but has yet to receive a response.
