The Parks Department is cleaning a Bronx park after apparent vials of blood and syringes were found Sunday.
The Parks Department has been cleaning up Ewen Park after a witness allegedly found vials of blood and syringes in a Whole Foods bag. The police removed the bag from the park.
Park officers tell News 12 that they have not found any other vials or syringes since the incident.
News 12 has reached out to both the Parks Department and the Health Department, but has not heard back.
Police also did not have any updates as to how the vials got to the park.
