Former governor and Republican presidential candidate George Pataki says the quality of life in Brooklyn and all across New York City is declining. 
This morning he told MSNBC's "Morning Joe" that things in the city are getting worse. 
He says he hopes Mayor Bill de Blasio gets his act together. 
News 12 reached out to the mayor for comment but has not heard back yet.
