58ds agoThe Excelsior Scholarship application for New York City students is now open for the spring semester.
The scholarship allows eligible full-time students to attend a SUNY or CUNY school for free.
Students must complete 30 credits a year towards their program of study.
They also must be on track to graduate with an associate's degree in two years or a bachelor's in four years.
