Prospect Park is home to Brooklyn's last upland forest, and the plants are ready to bloom with the spring season.

The Prospect Park Alliance is adding native plants and trees while providing a habitat for the park's hundreds of species of birds and mammals.

Paths are also being restored to be easier to identify. The Alliance is exploring possible routes for new paths in the future.
