Family of elevator stabbing victim PJ Avitto files lawsuit against NYCHA

The family of a little boy stabbed to death in a public housing complex has filed a lawsuit against NYCHA and the city for $281 million.  PJ Avitto was killed in an elevator at the Boulevard Houses
