The family of Samuel Williams, who was killed in a crash with a police cruiser earlier this year, is continuing to seek justice.
According to the NYPD, Williams was involved in a pursuit with officers while riding his dirt bike when he collided with an NYPD cruiser on the University Heights bridge in June.
On Tuesday, the family met with the Attorney General's Office in hopes of holding the NYPD accountable for Williams' death.
The Attorney General's Office tells News 12 that the case remains under investigation, and that at this time there are no charges filed against the officers involved.
