4ds agoThe family and friends of Trey Cineus said their final goodbyes today during a funeral service at First Timothy Baptist Church.
The 17-year-old was fatally shot on July 8 at the Meadow Lane Apartments.
Family and friends say Cineus was a wonderful young man. He was entering his senior year at Ramapo High School.
Spring Valley police recently arrested 23-year-old Anthony Mitchell of Haverstraw. Cineus' family was there in court Friday as Mitchell pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder.
Mitchell was remanded to jail with no bail and is waiting for his next day in court, which is scheduled for Wednesday, July 27.
