The second year of the farm-to-school program kicked off Wednesday at P.S. 67 Charles A. Dorsey in Brownsville.
Chefs and urban gardeners from the community gathered at Green Valley Farm to have an educational experience with the third graders.
The students got a chance to learn about soil health and food that can be grown in their neighborhood.
