The FBI has arrested a Bronx man on child pornography charges.
Officials say an undercover agent downloaded video and image files allegedly distributed by 24-year-old Michael Cruz. They say some of the images featured children as young as 2 years old.
Cruz is now facing multiple charges and up to 20 years in prison.
