FDNY: 3-alarm fire in Bed-Stuy injures 3

According the FDNY, the fire began in the attic of a four-story apartment building on MacDonough Street and Tompkins Avenue.

A three-alarm fire broke out in an apartment building in Bedford-Stuyvesant just after midnight, resulting in three people being injured.
According to the FDNY, the fire began in the attic of a four-story apartment building on MacDonough Street and Tompkins Avenue. They say that the fire rose to two alarms at 12:15 a.m. and three alarms less than five minutes later.  
Three civilians were transported to hospitals.
The fire was under control by 2:12 a.m. The cause remains under investigation.
