A fire in Midwood Friday morning left a family displaced.
Officials say the fire started just before 11 a.m. at a home at 1560 East Seventh St.
FDNY Battalion Chief Christopher Kane said, "We had one occupant that was home who called 911. Our members got here fairly quickly, and we contained it to the immediate area of the fire."
The fire may have started in the back of the home and then traveled to the home behind it.
Fire officials say no one was injured.
While there is no official vacate order, a family member told News 12 off camera that the home is not livable.
