5h agoAuthorities say a person was critically injured early this morning in a fire at a Bay Ridge apartment building.
The FDNY responded to the fire after 2 a.m. Video from the scene shows firetrucks extending ladders to third-floor windows.
The FDNY says it took the department about 40 minutes to extinguish the flames.
They say one person was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
There is no word yet on the cause of the fire.
