Two Bronx teams, Fieldston and Horace Mann, found themselves battling in the New York State Private School Girls Lacrosse Final Four.

Fieldston's Sylvia Stone helped extend the Lady Eagles' lead to 9-4 when she scored in the second half. Teammate Nina Dine sealed the deal when she made a beeline for the goal, scoring for the third time during the game. Fieldston players walked away with a 10-4 victory.

The Lady Eagles advance to their first state final. Fieldston will play Rye Country Day School Thursday, May 24.
