A Filipino celebration made its way to The Bronx over the weekend.
Dozens of people took part in Flores de Mayo festivities to celebrate the Catholic and Aglipayan festival held in the Philippines throughout the month of May honoring the Virgin Mary.
The event kicked off with Mass at Saint Francis Xavier and a procession around the church and concluded with a fellowship dinner and line dancing.
