A fitness instructor is helping women reach their 2019 body goals, and his class ranked second in the News 12 Fitness Face-off competition.
There's no time to slack off during the “Belly, Butt and Thighs” class at Crunch Fitness in Flatbush with instructor Claude Graham.
"This is a total body class, and it's infused with kickboxing, boxing, step aerobics, weight training," says Graham.
When told he got second in the Fitness Face-off challenge, he credited it all to his vibe.
"All of us are going through a lot of things out there. When you come in here, you leave it out the door and you just come in here with energy,” says Graham.
Every Sunday for a half-hour, Graham puts the class to work, rocking to Caribbean beats targeting those legs, glutes and core.
"I'm so happy people voted for me; I didn't know I was going to get over 1,000 votes,” says Graham.
