Residents living in an apartment building on East 19th Street in Flatbush traveled to their landlord's home in Seagate to protest poor living conditions.
The tenants say that the landlord is ignoring falling paint, water stains and mold inside their apartments.
Isaac Schwartz, the landlord, says that since buying the building, he has reduced the number of violations and spent more than $300,000 in repairs.
