Making a homemade snack doesn't have to be difficult.
News 12 Meteorologist Mike Favetta and Natasha Geigel are offering a five-ingredient granola bar.
It consists of oats, nuts, chocolate chips, honey and peanut butter. You can substitute dried figs or dates instead of the chocolate chips. For extra fiber, ground flaxseed can be added. Maple syrup can be substituted for honey.

Press the ingredients into a pan and place in the freezer for about 45 minutes.
