Food Network star Anne Burrell has opened a new comfort food restaurant in Cobble Hill.

Phil And Anne's Good Time Lounge on Smith Street in Cobble Hill recently opened for business.

Phil Casaceli, co-owner of the restaurant, says their new eatery is a neighborhood place that people can come to and enjoy themselves.

The menu consists of dishes like chicken soup, grilled cheese with asparagus and ham, cheese burgers and tater tots.

The two say they want their food to comfort patrons.
