A Fordham resident has launched a complaint against her neighbor for a trash problem she says has gotten out of control.
Lynette Wilson says her neighbor?s lawn and backyard are filled with trash, rats and dead cats. She says the problem started about a year ago when the neighbor moved in.
Wilson says the neighbor started cleaning out the house and left debris in the yard. She says rodents soon followed and took up residence in the trash. They then moved into her home, burrowing through walls and chewing through wires, according to Wilson.
Wilson says she has had to shell out money to replace appliances destroyed by the rodents.
News 12 Bronx tried to contact the neighbor, but no one answered the door. Wilson says that is the case whenever she tries to communicate with the individual.
