The building at 75 Greene Ave. has spent most of its 90-year existence as part of the Brooklyn Diocese and is now undergoing a major makeover into luxury condominiums.
The building sits in the landmarked Fort Greene Historic District. The inside features what you'd expect from a modern home, but there are restrictions on what can be done to the exterior.
Developers needed to preserve the facade and windows to keep intact the overall vibe of the area.
The official transition into a condo building is expected to be completed sometime this spring.
