Police say Fort Hamilton High School in Brooklyn has been evacuated after an anonymous bomb threat Monday morning.
According to authorities, the school was evacuated and put on "soft lockdown" following the bomb threat made in a phone call.
Police believe the phone call was a prank but are scoping the area out of caution.
Policed deemed the area as safe and students returned to the school.
Fort Hamilton issued a statement saying, “The safety of our students and staff is our top priority. NYPD quickly investigated this threat and deemed it non credible, students returned to class.”
