Police say a French tourist has been arrested after scaling the Brooklyn Bridge to take photos.
Jonathan Souid has been charged with reckless endangerment and criminal trespass.
Police say he climbed over a fence on the pedestrian walkway Sunday just after noon. Authorities say he walked up a beam over Manhattan-bound traffic.
The stunt comes a few months after two German tourists scaled both towers, and switched the American flags for white flags. Authorities say this is the third security breach in a year at the bridge.
