Sliders and nachos are just some of the items featured at a new Crown Heights restaurant, and they aren't just healthy, they're vegan.

"If you are vegan curious, and you are a carnivore and you eat meat, we want you to feel comfortable in our environment," said Latisha Darling, owner of Greedi Vegan.

The beef is made using a plant-based substitute, so it looks like a normal slider and tastes like one too.

Wheat, potatoes and a molecule known as heme give burger patties the same juice and sear as real beef.
