Fulton Hot Dog King in Downtown Brooklyn has lost its lease and is temporarily closing its doors.
The neighborhood staple has been serving the community for more than 100 years. Its storefront has been at 492 Fulton St. since the 1980s.
Fulton Hot Dog King is in the process of trying to find a new location and is eying 25 Elm Place, which is just down the street from its current location.
"Without you guys, we are nothing and with you guys. We are something and no matter where we are, we will make sure we always provide that love, that good food, and again, we will make sure we keep that flame glowing high," said Danyal Shahzad, owner of Fulton Hot Dog King.
News 12 reached out to the landlord for further details. He did not wish to comment.
