Funeral arrangements have been announced for fallen NYPD Officer Brian Moore. 

A visitation will be held Thursday at the Frank J. Chapey and Sons Funeral Home in Bethpage, Long Island. Hours are from 2 p.m. until 4:30 p.m., and 7 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. 

The 25-year-old's funeral will be on Friday at Saint James Roman Catholic Church in Seaford, also on his native Long Island, at 11 a.m. 

Moore died following emergency surgery after he was shot in the face while on duty in Queens on Saturday. Police say 35-year-old Demetrius Blackwell is facing first-degree murder charges for the shooting.
