The gas price ceiling has been broken once again with the highest average gas prices ever right now in the city, state, and country.
President Joe Biden reminded the nation of his plan to release a million gallons of oil a day from the nation’s oil reserves to help reduce costs. This comes as the average per-gallon price in New York City currently sits at $4.67.
For the cheapest gas in the state, you’ll need to head over to western New York, where Cattaraugus County holds the title for cheapest gas.
