The blockage of the Suez Canal, the COVID-19 pandemic and the winter blast in Texas all have one thing in common – they are costing you more at the grocery store.
Companies are jacking up prices for household staples, such as peanut butter. The makers of Jif and Skippy are raising their prices.
Cottonelle toilet paper and Kleenex are also jumping up in price, and more products are planning to follow.
Diapers, paper products, and cereal could see price increases as early as June, and you'll be shelling out more if you're a pet owner.
People should expect to see a cost surge for products such as Kibbles n' Bits and Milk Bone.
