Giants fans are ready for a kick off this historic season. 100 years in the NFL people. News twelve's Lauren De at Metlife Stadium with the Tail Gators. It is red for a big blue today, but for Giants fans, it is all about keeping the tradition going. We found a crowd from Mars County in L A. That's where we are and what you guys from. Rock Town. Come on, I'm from all friends when we train for the Giants. Right? That's true. So how many years coming out the games? I been coming here since we got our license of 1978 um old stadium. Then through the, the strike uh shortened season in 1982 every year since that. So you're ready for it. 100 seasons, four Super Bowl wins. I mean, what are their chances are looking like this year? I'm excited. I'm hopeful again. I've been a Giants fan for 20 plus years now and again, this is just an exciting year then as, as ever. So you got a big fan base behind you here. We have Nick on the grill, Nick Taylor Ham for you today, for everyone watching at home. What's the tailgating experience like? Oh, it's great. You know, you get here nice and early you start grilling, you make breakfast for everybody a little while later you start some lunch, have a couple of cocktails. You just have a good time and enjoy the game. I feel like it's tailor Ham. Right. Tailor ham. Absolutely. All right guys. Give me your biggest Giants here. Stadium more in.

The Giants enjoying their 1/100 season in the NFL. Today. Fans have been out there grilling all morning news. Twelve's Lauren De went to Metlife Stadium. She hung with some of those tailgate chefs. Ok. It sure feels like football weather out here for the giant century season opener and it sure smells like it too. Look at all this food being cooked up. There are peppers and onions. There's probably gonna be some sausage too. Taylor and R A lamb. I hear Taylor ham. That's what they call it out here. Meat that's been marinating ready to grill. There's some breakfast for these tailgators out here and some of the food is more complicated than you think. We cook up big. If you see the grill behind us, we cook steaks and lamb chops and filet mignons and I've got 100 clams to go on the grill. We throw burgers and dogs off. We, because we don't have room on the grill for them. Exactly. Exactly. So, it's like today we're doing Edamame dumplings with duck Fred rice. So, and they got clams. We got a bunch of other stuff. So we're excited today. So, of course, we want to win for Big Blue today, for the Giants. But if you find a good group like this one, right. Big appetite. Everyone is gonna win. We're at Metlife Stadium. Lauren Dune. He's from New Jersey. Go Giant. Number one.
