Bronx residents have been waiting decades for the return of the Giglio lift and dance, and today, they finally get their wish.The Giglio is a massive structure that contains plaques of Saint Anthony, Saint Jude and Our Lady of Mount Carmel.
It was carried down Arthur Avenue to Crescent Avenue, and the procession ended in front of Our Lady of Mount Carmel's Church on 187th Street.
