Gov. Andrew Cuomo was spotted helping a victim of a car crash on Monday.

The video was captured as Cuomo was leaving his "A Better New York" event. According to some tweets, the governor helped cut a passenger out of his seat belt.

You can also see Cuomo lending a hand to the victim and pulling him out of the wreck.
