Gov. Cuomo says he's issuing an executive order that will allow the State Liquor Authority to immediately suspend a business’s liquor license if they're accused of violating reopening rules.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo said during his second to last daily briefing Thursday that he's issuing an executive order that will allow the State Liquor Authority to immediately suspend a business’s liquor license if they're accused of violating reopening rules.
He is also signing another order to give bars responsibility immediately outside their locations.
The governor also said that the state tested about 68,000 for COVID-19 on Wednesday and found that less than 1% came back with a positive result.
In the Hudson Valley, 0.6% tested positive.
The governor says the state is also experiencing the lowest number of hospitalizations since the pandemic began.
