Mayor Andre Sayegh says that Paterson residents will be given priority for factory jobs as the city looks to start construction.
“Paterson is in growth mode. Like I stated before, it's a significant achievement because it represents a significant investment in our city,” Sayegh says. “It goes with what we've been telling people. We've established stability and credibility here at City Hall. We are open for investment and are starting to see more interest in developing in Paterson."
Construction is expected to begin in the spring. The mayor says he hopes it will be complete by the end of the year.
