Gubernatorial candidate Bob Stefanowski announced Tuesday his new "Parental Bill of Rights" plan.
He says it would give parents the choice on several issues when it comes to their children. That includes when to discuss sex education issues with their children.
It would also force social media companies to delete children's accounts at their parents' request.
The "Parental Bill of Rights" would also bar trans students from participating in girls high school sports.
This comes several months after controversy grew in Florida when Gov. Ron DeSantis signed a similar bill into law.
