The Gummy Bear Foundation held a one-of-a-kind event for Easter at the Marble Hill Playground in the Bronx.
Kids at the celebration took part in a tactical egg hunt with Nerf guns. It also featured live music, archery and face painting.
Spider-Man even made an appearance to take photos with families.
Anton Negroni, founder and president of the
Gummy Bear Foundation, says he hopes the event helped bring families together.
“It brings a different level of communication. A lot of these kids were cooped up during COVID time so, coming here allows them to play a game where they have to communicate with each other,” he said.
