Three Brooklyn teenagers appeared in court Friday to face hate crime charges in the beating of a Pakistani man outside his mosque.Religious leaders hope the attack was an isolated incident. Police say the suspects that attacked and broke the nose of 24-year-old Shahid Amber are Jewish. Jewish residents of Avenue M, where 17-year-old Youssi Friedman and two 16-year-old boys are accused of carrying out the attack, say they are just as upset as the Pakistani community.Mohammed Ravzi is the leader of a Brooklyn Pakastani organization. He says Jewish and Muslim leaders are in communication about the incident. A grand jury will hear the case and decide whether or not to indict the teens on hate crime charges.Related Information:
