Here are some stories making headlines across the Hudson Valley.
A Rockland County man is facing charges for allegedly possessing and promoting child pornography. David Crespo of Spring Valley was arrested last week having been accused of possessing a video of an adult male engaging in sexual activity with a female under 10 years old. Crespo was arraigned in Ramapo Town Court. He posted bail and is due in court next Wednesday.
           
A Greenburgh man is facing assault charges for allegedly stabbing a man several times in the chest and back. Police say an argument between Jahiem Pedrow and the victim turned violent at a Manhattan Avenue apartment.The victim is in stable condition. Pedrow is being held in Westchester County Jail.
And a Putnam County man is now facing charges for allegedly trying to take pictures up a woman's dress at a local grocery store. It happened on July 4, and Derrick Rocco of Putnam Valley was arrested more than a week later. He was arraigned and released, but after a search warrant at his home and business, he was taken into custody again. Rocco is being held in Putnam County Jail on $75,000 cash bail.
