It was another sweltering day across the region, and health officials were asking beachgoers to be cognizant of their health.
EMTs were at Robert Moses State Park in case anyone falls victim to heat exhaustion or heat stroke.
Symptoms are fatigue, feeling lightheaded, excessive sweating and dehydration.
