Police say a homicide investigation is underway after a Mill Basin man died from injuries he suffered during an attack on Nov. 24.

Officers found Anthony Finale, 73, unconscious and unresponsive with trauma to his head in front of 5818 Avenue T.

Marvin Bonilla, 31, of Canarsie, was arrested and charged with assault on Dec. 1.

Officials say Finale fought for his life for nearly three weeks at One Brooklyn Health-Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, but died on Dec. 14.
