Big hotel plans are in the works at Brooklyn Bridge Park.
City officials say a luxury 10-story hotel and residential complex will be built on the waterfront.
Mayor Michael Bloomberg announced Toll Brothers City Living and Starwood Capital Group have been chosen to build the project.
The development is expected to create more than 500 jobs and contribute nearly $120 million for park maintenance.
