Dr. Rukiya King says the stress is valid, and it can sometimes make other tasks harder throughout the day, but there are ways you can deal with it.

One of the ways the psychologist suggests is simply talking to loved ones, family or friends that will listen to your concerns.

King says its important to remember what coping mechanisms have worked for you in the past, to help you cope with any stresses.
