A woman visiting from Pennsylvania says she is so appreciative after the lost diamond from her wedding ring was found in a local haunted Halloween attraction.

Lindsay Carmine was visiting with her family and came through Blood Manor in Stamford Saturday.

When she got back in the car, she realized her diamond had fallen out of her wedding ring.

She re-traced her steps and told people at Blood Manor; she had lost it.

They couldn't find the diamond right away, so she headed back to Pennsylvania.

Hours later Blood Manor CT Actor Michael Magano found it.

"We couldn't find it. I thought all hope was lost and about ten minutes away from home I got a text message in all caps that said we found it, and my entire car erupted in cheers, and we raced back as soon as we could," said Carmine.

"Nobody's ever lost anything like that. Maybe forgot a phone or a shoe definitely. Definitely some shoes. We've knocked the socks off of some people," said Magano.

Carmine came back and thanked Magano for finding the rock.

She has been married for 18 years, and this ring has such sentimental value.
