Gov. Kathy Hochul stopped by the Brooklyn Navy Yard Tuesday to sign new legislation designed to protect the environment.
The new legislation is expected to reduce greenhouse emissions and create green jobs.
Hochul says the legislation was once a dream but will soon be a reality thanks to continued support from environmental groups.
