More than 100 educators from 12 different countries descended upon Hostos Community College as part of the Peer-to-Peer Learning conference.
The program is a part of a four-day international learning styles conference that focuses on educational issues and strategic learning styles for children.
A former assistant principal from Bermuda attended the conference and said the key is to motivate children with a learning style based program.
The conference runs through July 12.
