IRS: New Yorkers owed nearly $90 million on unfiled 2019 taxes; deadline is Monday

The IRS says refunds are owed to a large portion of New Yorkers who haven't filed their 2019 tax return.
According to the IRS, over 81,000 New Yorkers have not filed their 2019 tax return and are owed nearly $90 million in refunds.
The agency says the median refund for New Yorkers is $945.
People have until Monday to claim their cash, or else it goes to the government.
