Newark Liberty International Airport ranks last among a list of airports with the best customer satisfaction.

J.D. Power released its 2023 North America Airport Satisfaction Study on Wednesday. The study found that passenger satisfaction improved overall this year.

The study looked at factors including terminal facilities, airport arrival and departures, baggage claim, security checkpoints, check-in and food and retail.

Detroit’s Metropolitan Wayne County Airport had the highest score. Newark Liberty was last.

The rest of the Top 5 included Minneapolis-Saint Paul International, Las Vegas’s Harry Reid International, Dallas-Fort Worth and Miami International.
