JFK airport flight cancellations, delays continue as New Yorkers arrive home

Flight cancellations and delays are reaching into the thousands as families try to make their way back home after the Thanksgiving holidays.
Dozens of cancellations and hundreds of delays are affecting U.S. travelers, including New Yorkers. Flights within, into or out of the United States are seeing around 412 delays and about 28 cancellations.
AAA suggests arriving at the airport at least two hours before your domestic flight and at least three hours before if flying internationally.
For those on the road, AAA projected a total of 411,000 breakdowns over the weekend, so check tire pressure and take all the precautions to avoid being stuck on the side of the road.
