Jingle Bell Jog takes place in Prospect Park

Brooklyn residents laced up their sneakers for a holiday run in Prospect Park Saturday morning.
Around 5,000 participants of all ages took part in the 4-mile Jingle Bell Jog and half-mile Reindeer Run races.
Runners also made sure to wear their best holiday costumes, including reindeer ears and Santa hats.
The run also benefits free youth running programs throughout the five boroughs.
To cap off the race, runners were treated with some hot chocolate.
