Hundreds of job seekers are flocking to Bed-Stuy in hopes of snagging their next career opportunity.
Around 50 potential employers are taking part in a job fair, hosted by Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow.
The CEO of the nonprofit spoke with News 12 to offer advice to anyone attending an employment fair.
Randy Peers says that you should have updated, hard copies of your resume, you should be dressed to impress and you should do research on the companies you're interested in.
He also reminds everyone that you have very little time to make an impression, so it's important to find ways to set yourself apart.
