Students from Brooklyn's John Dewey High School competed in the Minecraft Mayor's Cup finals this weekend.
One high school from each borough competed in the Battle of the Boroughs at Central Library in Brooklyn on Saturday.
The esports competition allows students to create their idea of inclusive "future-ready" city spaces using Minecraft as their canvas.
Students also got the chance to meet with career experts from the video game industry.
John Dewey lost in the finals.
